MOM'S HOMEMADE GRANOLA

INGREDIENTS:

-rolled oats
-1/3 cup coconut oil

- 1/3 cup honey

-cacao nibs
-pecans
-coconut
-salt
-cinnamon


DIRECTIONS:
1) Preheat oven to 300*F
2) Add coconut oil and honey to a bowl and microwave for 15-30 seconds
3) Add that mixture to a large bowl with oats, coconut, and pecans. Toss/stir. 
4) Place on a lined baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes or until oats are golden brown

**the granola will get crunchier as it cools so don’t worry if it’s not really crunchy yet**
5) Toss in some cinnamon, sea salt, and cacao nibs for flavor


...enjoy! This recipe is SUPER easy, and feel free to add or take away some ingredients (like vanilla extract, chocolate chips, etc.)! I just topped some vanilla Chobani with this and it was 😋
