GREEK YOGURT COLLAGEN PANCAKES
-1 cup flour
-1 2/3 cup (vanilla or plain) Greek yogurt
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-2 tsp @vitalproteins Collagen Powder
-1/3 cup almond milk
-2 tsp baking powder
1. Mix dry ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Mix yogurt, vanilla, eggs, and almond milk in a separate bowl.
3. Fold in the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
4. Cook on a pan! They cook just like regular pancakes.
**Ideas to add into the mix: blueberries, chocolate chips, banana, strawberries, peanut butter, cinnamon, and more!
